		<description><![CDATA[這款法國粉紅氣泡酒又是大潤發獨家款，199元。Brut(不甜)、100%格那希，酒精濃度11.5% 我非常喜歡這種淡淡的粉橘色，很優雅，因為不貴就直接帶了2瓶。還好是下午開瓶，嚐了一口就直接從冰箱拿出草莓，大口喝上幾口再吃草莓，草莓變得異常可口美味。(我不愛吃草莓跟葡萄，蜜紅葡萄除外─釀酒葡萄的配種) 這瓶不酸不澀不甜，香氣很淡卻很持久，是能一口接一口地一直喝下去卻忘了自己在喝酒的酒款，但，有11.5%喲!! 景安店已沒貨，不知道內湖二館還有沒有，草莓目前還在盛產，可以找找看。但猜想此酒佐餐應是不宜，只適合配輕食跟西式點心。<img alt="" border="0" src="http://stats.wordpress.com/b.gif?host=ginahantw.wordpress.com&amp;blog=16390116&amp;post=626&amp;subd=ginahantw&amp;ref=&amp;feed=1" width="1" height="1" />]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[以前常跟朋友去吃【瓦城】，但第1次全家人一起去吃。點了《清蒸檸檬魚》，480元+10%。但不只是價錢不便宜的問題，更重要的是中和環球購物的【瓦城】在假日時要等位將近1個小時，連同來回的交通時間，很耗時。於是吃完就跟我商量，下次能不能自己做檸檬魚&#8230;.. 我是參考大陸網站的食譜，這篇寫得真的很棒。實際操作後，有一點自己的心得，紀錄下來，希望下次會更好。 Tip, 1,好市多的銀花鱸魚2尾270元，很新鮮又大尾，一尾約400克。比【瓦城】的魚大很多，這樣才夠6個人吃。只是大尾的不能用電鍋煮炊，要用炒菜鍋，而且還是大炒菜鍋、大鍋蓋，才能蓋密，蓋密後大火蒸10~12分鐘。 2,檸檬要用進口檸檬才不會太酸苦。國產的厚皮檸檬，我取汁4湯匙調湯汁，很夠酸(低一點也沒關係)。 3,這道菜不用放鹽，因為魚露鮮美鹹香。其實應該是連在魚皮抹鹽都不必，因為廣東人清蒸魚時並不會抹鹽，避免魚皮硬化，而魚湯汁本來就是另外調再澆汁。參考老廣的方法，很對味。 材料：鱸魚(1條，1斤)、檸檬(2個)、香菜(1棵)、紅辣椒(1只)、蒜頭(3瓣)      調料：魚露(4湯匙)、糖(2湯匙)、鹽(1湯匙) 作法：1,蒜頭拍扁去衣剁成蓉，紅辣椒洗凈切成丁，香菜洗凈將香菜莖切成末，香菜葉留著待用。 2,調醬汁：將蒜蓉、紅辣椒丁、香菜末放入碗中，加4湯匙魚露、2湯匙糖和剛才榨好的檸檬汁，拌勻備用。 3,燒開半鍋水，放入鱸魚和醬汁，蓋上鍋蓋大火蒸7～8分鐘，直至魚眼突起，魚身用筷子可穿透。 4,取出蒸好的鱸魚和醬汁，將醬汁淋在魚身上，擺些香菜葉做點綴即可。<img alt="" border="0" src="http://stats.wordpress.com/b.gif?host=ginahantw.wordpress.com&amp;blog=16390116&amp;post=611&amp;subd=ginahantw&amp;ref=&amp;feed=1" width="1" height="1" />]]></description>

<p>爾後只可能預約品嚐它的招牌“白菜燉雞”，不會再來吃一般的點菜。我自己有朋友非常喜歡『客家小館』，說是『三分俗氣』的老闆比較冷漠。我去『三分俗氣』時老闆都很熱絡，偶而忙得不可開交倒是真的!!<br />
至於『上海小館』，我覺得進門裝潢是“小”館，口味上也是相當不錯的家常“小”館，價位上卻是中級餐館的水準，心理上會有一點失衡，所以好幾年沒去，滋味如何也變得記憶模糊，只剩下對它的整體評價!!</p>

		<description><![CDATA[突然發現，從品田池有後，登山、溯溪、單車等戶外活動都沒貼在msn spaces上(剛好它也在最近被關閉了)。家中變故後，開始對戶外活動有著不同的體認，不再止於玩樂，有些其它的嚮往與願望。獨自帶品田池有跟(被)揪伴走能高安東軍兩趟行程都是在這樣的心情下完成。還有，快樂而固定的中級山行程&#8230;.. 其實我並不愛爬中級山，路徑崎嶇、景色又不若大山。不過這支女性占多數的自組隊腳程真的很厲害，本來根本不將這些5-8小時的行程看在眼裡，現在每次出門心情都很忐忑。沒有三兩三真的會跟不上。 每次上山都很辛苦，每次登頂都很欣慰。感謝這一年來一起登山的仁兄仁姐，不棄嫌地讓我加入這個小團體，金多謝!! 波津加是2010年12月中旬的行程，當天台北是狂風暴雨，多虧主辦人堅持到谷關再視情況，結果台中平地也在下大雨，谷關山上卻給了一整天的陰涼好天氣。真是，老天爺疼有心人!!(1/26又要舊地重遊再登一座七雄，呵呵，這次要泡湯囉)<img alt="" border="0" src="http://stats.wordpress.com/b.gif?host=ginahantw.wordpress.com&amp;blog=16390116&amp;post=568&amp;subd=ginahantw&amp;ref=&amp;feed=1" width="1" height="1" />]]></description>
